H0: p = 0. There is no significant effect between product knowledge of customer service assistants at Argos and customers’ satisfaction level.
H1: p ≠ 0 (p < 0 or p > 0) There is significant effect between product knowledge of customer service assistants at Argos and customers’ satisfaction level.
In table 4.1, r value is 0.439 which indicates that there is weak positive correlation between the two variables selected. On the other hand, the sig. (2-tailed) value is 0.000 < 0.05 which proves that the two variables are statistically significantly correlated.
Since, the effect is significant, Null Hypothesis is rejected.
This proves that there is significant effect between product knowledge of customer service assistants at Argos and customers’ satisfaction level.

H0: p = 0. There is no significant effect between customers’ preference way of shopping and customers’ preference of shopping from Argos website.
H1: p ≠ 0 (p < 0 or p > 0). There is significant effect between customers’ preference way of shopping and customers’ preference of shopping from Argos website.
In the above table, r value is 0.525 which indicates that the relation between the two variables is fair positive correlation. On the other hand, the sig. (2-tailed) value is 0.000 < 0.05 which proves that the two variables are statistically significantly correlated.
Since, the effect is significant, Null Hypothesis is rejected.
Therefore, the above table shows that significant effect between customers’ preference way of shopping and customers’ preference of shopping from Argos website.

H0: p = 0. There is no significant effect between customers’ overall satisfaction level and whether they would recommend others to shop from Argos.
H1: p ≠ 0 (p < 0 or p > 0). There is significant effect between customers’ overall satisfaction level and whether they would recommend others to shop from Argos.
In the above figure, r value is 0.338 and the sig. (2-tailed) value is 0.000 < 0.05 which proves that the two variables have weak positive correlation but significant relationship.
Since, the effect is significant, Null Hypothesis is rejected.
It is concluded that there is significant effect between customers’ overall satisfaction level and whether they would recommend others to shop from Argos.
